Obituary of Jessica Lynn Neilon

Neilon, Jessica Lynn Rochester: Wednesday, March 13, 2014, at age 20. Jessica left a legacy of pure joy and love of life. Sunshine was at the core of her heart. Her strength of spirit and unlimited positivity will be cherished. She will be remembered by her loving parents, Robert P. Neilon and Dianna L. Neilon (Sands); siblings, Terrance Neilon, Cathy Neilon, Thomas (Tiffany) Welsher, Brendan Welsher & Nicholas Welsher; the DiFranco, Sands, LaValley and Meagher Families; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews & friends.
