Predeceased by his sisters, Ida Cortina, Mary Fretto and his brother, Sam Fontana. He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Amelia "Millie" (Foti) Fontana; his children, Frank Jr. (Jeanne) Fontana, Shirley (Lew) Barone, Joyce (Stephen) Crispino; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Michael Fretto, Shirley Fontana, Victor (Dolores) Foti & Rosemary Foti; also many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was a WWII veteran.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association-Rochester Chapter, 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester., 14620.
