Predeceased by first wife, Josephine. He is survived by his current wife, Linda, sons, Paul (Susan) and Frank (Diane) Amico; grandchildren, Paul Jr., Stacey, Jolene, and Chris; his brother, Paul (Barbara) Amico; nieces, nephews. Sam was a POW in WWII, served in 5 battles, was a member of the 326 Medic and the 101st Airborne (Screaming Eagles).In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Veteran's Outreach Center, 447 South Ave., Roch., 14620
