Obituary of Anthony Tarana

Tarana, Anthony J., Jr. Ontario: Jan. 07, 2012, Age 73. Preceased by his beloved wife, Beatrice, and youngest son, Anthony J. Tarana III. Survived by his daughter, Carla (James) Boerman; son, Steven Tarana; daughter-in-law, Lorriann Tarana; grandchildren, Jamie and Jenna Boerman, Anthony, Joseph, Nicholas and Nico Tarana; sister, MaryAnn (Stacy) Pavone; sisters-in-law, Margaret Sementelli, Virginia Longo; brother-in-law, Ergie Longo; devoted friends Frank (Jenny) Guelli and John (Barbara) Aman; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank St. John's Home Res 5 and Monroe Community Hospital Dialysis Unit for their wonderful care. Tony proudly served his country as a U.S. Marine from 1956-1958. He owned and operated Tony's Barber Shop from 1960-1973 and retired as a liquor salesman from Rochester Liquor Corporation. Tony was an active member of the Walworth Lions Club and was Santa for many years. Funeral Tuesday, 10:15 a.m. from the funeral home, 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Maximillian Kolbe Parish, 5823 Walworth Road, Ontario, NY . Interment Calvary Cemetery.
