Survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Marlene (Penisse) Serow; his children, Deborah Serow, William James (Kristen) Serow IV; grandchildren, Shawna Pealo of AZ., Todd and William V Serow; sister, Catherine Serow-Sunzeri; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Vincent (Nora) and Nicholas Penisse.
