Obituary of Evelyn Munson

Munson, Evelyn C. (Moore) Rochester: Passed away on Sept. 15, 2013. She is survived by her care giving, loving husband of 67 years Harold L.; 2 sons Michael L. (Michele Meuse) of Hill, NH and Jeffrey C. (Mary Kaye McGrath) of Scottsville, NY; 3 granddaughters Alivia of Cardiff, CA, Zoe of San Francisco, CA and Madeleine of Rochester, NY; 2 sisters Bette Thorp of Bluffton, SC and Maureen Cornelius of Indianapolis, IN; many nieces and nephews. Evelyn graduated from Ithaca College in 1945 with a degree in Music Education and taught for many years in Webster Central Schools. Her interests centered around travel, music and music education. Evelyn has donated her body to the U of R Anatomical Program. A remembrance will be held at the convenience of the family. She asks that her many friends raise a glass to salute the spirit of life in her and themselves.
