Obituary of Basil Marasco

Marasco, Basil Rochester: Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at age 79. Predeceased by his sister, Rose Marie Cusenz and brother-in-law, Leonard Zaccaglino. Survived by his wife of 56 years, Rose Marie Marasco (nee Zaccaglino); children, Basil, Ann Marie and Angelo (Rachel) Marasco of Rochester and Peter Marasco of Florida; granddaughters, Dakota Bower and Lindsey LeFrois of Rochester and Meagan Marasco of Florida; great granddaughter, Kailynn Bower; sister-in-law, Shirley Zaccaglino; niece, Kathy Cirrito and nephews, Steven and Patrick Cusenz; and cousins, Gloria (Pat) DiNatale, Rose (Carmen) Mosca, and Nicholas Daddazio. No prior calling. The family would like to thank those who were Basil's friends and business associates over the years, and also would like to recognize the staff of Unit 8-1400 at Strong Memorial Hospital for their generous care. Services and interment will be private. Friends wishing may donate to their favorite charity in his name.
