Obituary of Patrick Michael Jimenez

imenez, Patrick Michael Penfield: Patrick passed away peacefully on August 3, 2013, at age 65 after a brief battle with cancer. Patrick was born in Mexico City on March 14th, 1948, and attended Vestal High School. After graduation, he entered the United States Marine Corps and honorably served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He is predeceased by his parents, Louis and Marie Jimenez, and his sister Michelle. He is survived by siblings, Michael Jimenez of Binghamton, NY, Dolores Armbrust (Ronald) of Cape Coral, FL, Daniel Jimenez of San Angelo, TX, Maureen Lamberti (Steve) of Penfield, NY, and close friend Larry McKee. Also survived by nephews James Armbrust (Kim), Andrew Armbrust (Hope), nieces Tara and Nina Lamberti, a great niece Abigail Armbrust, his Aunt Helen Barnett and cousins. A Memorial Mass will be held at the Church of the Assumption, 20 East Avenue, Fairport, NY on September 7th at 9:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent in Patrick's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
