Survived by daughter, Karen (Charles) Gallagher; son, Stephen Koczacik; grandchildren, Carrie, Carol, Meghan, Brian Gallagher, Christopher Koczacik and Sharon Pacheco; 5 great-grandchildren. Calling Wednesday 2-4 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman St., where a Prayer Service will be held after visiting at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
