Obituary of Marilyn M. Mistretta
Marilyn M. Mistretta, 67, of Rochester NY, passed away peacefully on January 9th, 2024. She was surrounded by her loved ones after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on March 28th, 1956, parents: Florence and Samuel Conchelos in Rochester, Marilyn was the beloved “baby of the family” and cherished by her family, Jacqueline, Carol, and Jerry; predeceased sister, Betty and brothers, Bob, Jack, Bill, and Teddy.
Marilyn was known for her love of playing Bingo and Pull Tabs, she had such a big heart, and her quick humor made everyone laugh. She touched the lives of those around her with her kindness and warmth which were evident in every aspect of her life, creating lasting impressions on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Marilyn was a devoted Mother, Nana, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and friend. She dedicated herself to raising three children and providing everything they needed.
Marilyn is survived by Son: Patrick Mistretta, Daughters: Carrie & Ann Marie Mistretta, Son In-law: John Hoff, #1 Granddaughter: Jessica Hoff, Sisters Jacqueline (Mike) Inzana, Carol (Richard) Cimino Brother: Gerald Basch. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A memorial service to celebrate Marilyn's life will be held privately.
