Dear Kari, I'm so sorry to have just heard about this tragic event. While I never knew Tommy, I feel that I do as we shared the Winton Road neighborhood in our youth and East High School in our respective teen years. And I'm so sorry to hear of your hospitalization. I pray that all is well now and that you're coping with life as best you can under these dire circumstances. I think of you as Ms. East High for all that you did to unite our classes, even those who graduated way back in the 1960s. Our 60th reunion will be this June, and Carol and I will be in town and staying at my brother's in Irondequoit. I hope that we can see you then if not before. Give my best wishes to all of Tommy's and your family members. Take good care of yourself. Love you, Jim

Tommy was a great guy. Broke bread, talked golf and had a couple pints on a few occasions. He will be missed

Charlie and Johnny, my deepest condolences to you and your family, Tommy was so loved, always, by all of us. He was the youngest of us but he definitely kept up! I have so many memories from when we were kids and he was always right there with us. I remember feeling like he was the most amazing, adorable, cool, little kid, so funny, always laughing and having fun. He really was the best of us. Rest in Peace Little Man, you will always be loved and remembered.
Your old friend, Andrea

My deepest condolences to the family and close friends of Tommy. Such a tragic loss of a beautiful and happy person. He was just beginning another wonderful chapter in his glorious life. I met Tommy through friends I had in the Sheriff's Jail division. Immediately I knew that he was a genuine person. Always ready with a smile and a story. I was not a Deputy but the whole crew welcomed me in to their "gang" and always made me feel as if I was one of them. That was especially true of Tommy. Seems like every Sunday night back in the 90's and 2000's we would magically find our way to Flaherty's in Webster and join with other from RPD and Greece Police and have some fun times.
I love those great memories and look back fondly to them. I'm sure you all can lean on your fond memories of the life of Tommy. They will surely comfort you in the times ahead.

Bridget, Kari, and family-
We are sending our love and condolences in this time of need. In all of our meetings with Tommy, he would give us a huge smile and genuinely ask about how we were doing and give us his full attention. He was so kind and caring. All our love, Rhonda and Eric Everhart

Bridget, Kari and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Keep Tommy's memories close to your heart during this difficult time.
Tommy will be dearly missed by so many of us! I grew up in the old neighborhood with Tommy. Tommy and I went through middle school and high school together at East High. Tommy and I then worked together at the Monroe County Sherrif's Department, where Tommy was well known and very well respected.
Tommy is such a wonderful person, father, grandfather and companion. Tommy always had something nice to say and he had an incredible sense of humor! Tommy's smile was so infectious, and his smile lit up a room! Tommy was the type of person that if you had not seen him in a while, when you did you just picked up like it was yesterday! I will always have fond memories of Tommy that will always bring a smile to my world!
R.I.P. my friend, until we meet again. God Bless!
