Fountaine; Daughter, Gina (Dave) Hill; Siblings, Maria (Pete) Pereira, Mark (Sherry Ackerman) Ciaccia; Sister-in-law, Susan Fountaine; Grandson, Luca Fountaine; Granddaughter, Makayla Fountaine; Nephew and Niece Dominic and Jessica Ciaccia; Nephew, Mark Fountaine; Niece, Jennifer Fountaine.
