Obituary of Hector Vargas

August 24, 2023, age 75. Pre-deceased by his parents, Ramon and Marcilina Vargas; his brothers, Bienvenido and David Vargas; his sister, Miriam Vargas. Survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Elsie; his children, Hector (Christine) Vargas, Michael Vargas, Shantel Nelson, Yarritza Delgado, Veronica (Kenny Abril) Vargas; 16 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; 10 brothers and sisters; many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held Monday, August 28 from 4-7pm at Falvo Funeral Home (1395 N. Goodman St. Rochester, NY 14609.) On Tuesday, family and friends are asked to go to Holy Apostles Church (7 Austin St. Rochester, NY 14606) for the celebration of Hector’s Funeral Mass at 9am. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
