Jeanette Cottone Lobene
Jeanette was called home to Heaven on August 16, 2023, where she was reunited with her husband, Edward; her son, Samuel; her beloved cat, Hunny; as well as many family members and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Michele (Steve) Rosenbaum; daughter-in-law, Michele Lobene; grandchildren, Crystal (Walter) Romaniv, Jeanette (Josh) Vandergrift, Rachel (Shawn) Augustino, Edward Lobene II and Lindsey Rosenbaum. She was so proud to be blessed with 7 great grandchildren.
Jeanette had a true passion for God. With Jesus as her Lord and Savior, she overcame many challenges over the course of her lifetime. She demonstrated God’s love in every area of her life. She exemplified God’s grace and mercy and lovingly shared those attributes continuously. She impacted others with her kindness, always sharing her beautiful smile and offering prayers for everyone she encountered. She embraced the promise of eternal life which sustained her faith journey.
A special thanks to the St. John’s Nursing home community, the Hastings 2 angels and the Rochester Regional Hospice Care Team for the outstanding care Jeanette received.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, August 25th at 11am in the All Seasons Chapel at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd. Pittsford, NY 14534.
