Rochester: July 14, 2023, at age 90. Survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Rosa (Vicente) Vega; his children, Edwin (Virginia) Vega, Wilma (Art) Vega, Evelyn (Esteban) Vega; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends.
