Obituary of Bun Deng

It is with great sadness that our father, grandpa, brother, uncle and friend Bun Deng passed away with his family by his side on June 30, 2023, at the age of 88, following a lengthy battle of Interstitial  Lung Disease,  and Kidney Disease among several other health related conditions.

Bun Deng of Rochester New York, Originally from Battambang Kampuchea, immigrated with his family to the United States in 1981 with only the clothes on their backs.

Bun will be lovingly remembered by his wife Ron of 57 years; children Sorady, Sophary (Kulika) and Johnny (Jamie); grandchildren Kaitlyn, Daniel, Marisol, Colt, Leif, and numerous other family members and friends.

Calling hours and the memorial service will be held on Friday July 7th from 4pm-7pm at Falvo Funeral Home 1395 N Goodman St, Rochester NY 14609.
