I regret that out of town, and cannot be there to provide support. Ted, your dad lived a long life and as time goes on you will always have the memory of "good times" in your heart. For if you and your family members -- as well as friends -- remember him, keep him in your heart, he will never be forgotten.

Dearest Aunt Rose, Ted, Jeanne and Joe,
There are no words to ease your pain but we'd like you know that our hearts go out to you and that we wish you peace, comfort, courage and lots of love in this difficult time of sorrow.
I'm sure Uncle Ted will continue to live on through you and give you the unbelievable strength necessary to cope with his departure.
You are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers.
Cousin Linda Salemme, Pietro, Cousin Saverio Salemme.

We love you, Mr. Boccuzzi! You were ALWAYS the best of friends to members of this family. My Dad, in particular, liked you more than anyone, which says a lot about you. He was stationed in Boston before being shipped overseas during WWII, and he came to love the Italian community in that great city. I think in so many ways, he felt at home around you and your loved ones because of your sense of humor, your honesty, and your devotion to your family. Our neighborhood in Irondequoit has never been the same since you, Rose, and the kids relocated.
You were always a great role model to me. We shared a love of the sea and our great U.S. Navy, in which you served so faithfully. I always enjoyed your sea stories about the "old Navy," and you will always be my favorite Bluejacket.
There is a time-honored saying that Sailors know and express to each other when they say goodbye. It goes like this: "Fair Winds and Following Seas, Shipmate!" God bless you always.
With love and respect,
The Momano Family, Irondequoit
