Ortiz, Jasmin (Nunez) Irondequoit: Suddenly on March 20, 2013. Age 35. Predeceased by her father, James Nunez; her grandmother, Arcadia Torres; and her step-father, Elston Hernadez. Survived by her beloved husband, Jose Ortiz; her mother, Sonia Nunez; grandfather, Celedonio Torres; brothers, James (Jennifer) Nunez, Daniel Hernadez; sisters-in-law, and brother-in-law, Brenda (Angel) Torres, Michelle Lopez; nieces and nephews, Alaina, Alexis, Eliseo, Reynaldo, and Israel. Jasmin was a nurse at the Rochester General Hospital. Calling hours, Sunday 2-6 at the Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Road (Rte 250). On Monday please meet the family at 10 AM in St. Michael's Church (N.Clinton Ave. at Clifford Ave.) for the celebration of her Funeral Mass.
