Obituary of Frances Addante

Addante, Frances Rose Rochester: Age 96. Passed away peacefully on November 28, 2011 at Community Hospital in Syracuse, NY. Born and raised in Rochester, she was the daughter of Thomas & Elisa Albano. Frances was predeceased by her husband in 1995, John M. Addante; her brother & sister-in-law, John (Winifred) Albano; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary (Sam) Billone, Linda (Leo) Bianchi, Edith (John) Manioci, Gemma (Charles) Madafferi & Jean Petrillo. She is survived by her children, Margaret (Thomas) Diehl of Wisconsin, Eleanora (Charles) Zion of Kirkville, NY & John (Sandra) Addante of Cazenovia, NY. She is also survived by brother, Gus (Rose) Albano; brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law, Angelo Petrillo, Joseph (Ann) Addante & Lucy Ash; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. During WWII, Frances worked at Bausch & Lomb making lens sights for soldiers rifles and for the past 6 years she was a resident of Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center in Syracuse, NY, were she became a part of its family. Calling Friday 4-7 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 NINE MILE PT ROAD WEBSTER (Rte 250). Frances' Funeral Mass will be held 10 AM Saturday at Holy Apostles Church, 7 Austin St. (off Lyell).
