March 05, 2013 My Dear Uncle Alfred, Thers is a deep emptiness in my heart knowing that you are no longer with us. You must surely know how much I loved you & looked forward to our takks. You were a very special uncle to me. Our talks together were always meaningful & a great comfort, support & strength to me. How sad because of distance & demand of life we don't get to spend the time with our loved ones as we should & would so want to. Just the other day my intentions were to call you & then the demands of the day interfered & I put it off. How I regret that-I would so have wanted to hear your voice again. I'll always recall our great memories in Rochester & Florida. You will be so missed. My heart aches in your absence, but I'm thankful that God allowed Chuck & I the Blessing of knowing you & having you in our lives. Love, Joanne
