I want to offer the Meadows Family a sincere condolences for the loss of a good man, a great Traffic Officer, and also a member of the SCRU (Street Crime Reduction Unit). John knew his job as a traffic Cop and that helped other members of the Goodman Section unit, to do more discovering of wanted persons, doing pro-active police work through traffic violations. John will be missed and I will always remember him. God Bless the Meadows Family for your Loss. RIP John.

John was such a great guy! He and my dad worked at Rochester Police Department together for years. Now both John and my dad are together again. Have a beer with my dad John! You will be missed! Thank you for letting me borrow your portable TV while you were working security all those years ago! I had to see the Hardy Boys! You made it happen! :-)

Uncle Johnny , you will be forever in my heart. I love you so much and can not express in words how much you are going to be missed.
