Lawrence (Larry) Marconi

Fairport - September 1, Age of 82 - Born Nov. 27, 1938 Pre-deceased by his parents Joseph & Libera Marconi and sister, Adele House. A wonderful husband and best friend to his loving & devoted wife, Janice Marconi for 62 years. Children, Lauren Massimi (Anthony), Lenni Zwetsch of Florida & Joseph Marconi (Cheryl).

Grandchildren Jenna Sullivan (Charles), Jeffrey Goodrich (Corinne), Courtney Zwetsch, Connor Zwetsch, Ryan Zwetsch, Krista Marconi (Justin Smith), Jonathan Marconi, Anthony Massimi. Great-Grandchildren Sadie, Jaycee, Joshua, Judah, twins Cole & Fiona. Nieces, nephews and cousins Nano D'Ercole & Ernie Persi of Las Vegas. He also treasured many dear lifelong friendships.

Larry was born & raised in Rochester and didn't venture far from home & family even when many opportunities were presented. The love he had for his family was solid, strong and enduring. He loved us well. He worked hard, graduated from RIT with an Engineering degree all while raising his young family. He was a man of integrity, loyal husband and father. After retiring from Bausch & Lomb he & Janice enjoyed camping across the country & traveling the world. He was an avid sportsman & explorer who enjoyed hunting, fishing, taking long daily walks & hiking outdoors.

Calling hours: Tuesday Sept. 7th, 4PM-7PM, Falvo Funeral Home 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Webster, NY 14580. Wednesday Sept. 8th, family and friends are asked to go directly to The Church of the Assumption @ 20 East Ave. Fairport, NY 14450 for the celebration of his life mass, at 11:15AM. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery immediately following the mass.
