Gerald "Jerry" Thomas Mantione
Rochester - On February 21st, 2021 passed at 87 years of age. Predeceased by his father Angelo Mantione and mothers Lucy Mantello and Marge Mantione. Survived by his wife of 53 years Lynn (Woodworth), daughter Laura Wells, and son-in-law Ed Spicer; grandchildren Melissa Wells-Spicer, Esq. (Paul) and Edward Wells-Spicer; brothers Angelo Mantione Jr. (Millie) and Michael Mantione (Maggie), and sister Dorothy Ange; in-laws Thomas and Gail Hueston; and other relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
He was a dedicated and loving husband, father, and grandfather, a former Kodak employee, and a veteran of the U.S. Army. His passions included woodworking, Depression Era glassware, fishing, and bowling. His enthusiasm for Pepsi and good food was unrivaled. He frequented flea markets and garage sales, where he added to his collections and constantly expanded his ever-growing network of friends. His unmatched sense of humor and witty personality will be forever celebrated by his family members and friends.
Calling Friday, February 26th from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Falvo Funeral Home at 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Road (Route 250), Webster, NY 14580. Funeral service Saturday at 10:00 am in the funeral home. Interment at White Haven Memorial Park.
