I extend my profound condolences to each of you for the devastating loss of your beloved Frank.
I served on the Executive board of the Rochester Labor Council for over 2 decades. During my tenure
I had the pleasure and honor of spending hundreds of hours with Frank. I enjoyed his company immensely
and saw first hand his passion for his Teamsters and the labor movement in general.
My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this difficult time. May our dear Lord watch over you and
quickly ease the pain you now endure.
