Predeceased by her husband Joseph, her parents Antonio & Concetta Valenti, her brothers Frank & Michael Valenti, sisters Josephine & Caroline Valenti and Tina Bartell. Survived by her daughter Gay Ann Forella; grandchildren Marissa O’Neill, Lori (Steven) Mayeu; great-grandchildren Tessa & Mara O’Neill & Steven Mayeu; many nieces & nephews. 

No prior calling hours. Phyllis’ Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday (tomorrow) at 9:30 AM in St. Kateri Parish at Christ the King Church (445 Kings Highway). In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or to School of the Holy Childhood. Interment White Haven.
