Lawrence A. Amico

Rochester: Suddenly on August 29, 2020. 

Predeceased by his grandparents Alfred & Angelina Greles and his uncle Arthur Greles. Survived by his parents Michael & Nela Amico; his sister Michelle Amico; grandparents Lawrence & Ida Amico; several aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. 

Lawrence was a 2008 graduate of the Allendale Columbia School where he enjoyed academics as well as extracurricular activities including basketball, baseball and soccer. He continued his education at Xavier University where he received his BS in Finance and Master of Business Administration in 2013. He was an avid fan of college basketball and a diehard supporter of the Xavier Musketeers. Lawrence was employed by several Wall Street firms including Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and latterly Wells Fargo Financial Services, where he acted in administration, sales and sales support. He was also active in the local community where he served on the Villa of Hope Young Professionals Board. Lawrence will be remembered by his contagious smile, perseverance, hard work and his warm and loving nature.

Calling hours Friday from 2-7 pm at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250) Webster. Masks required. A private Funeral Mass for immediate family only will be held at 11 am Saturday at St. Thomas More Church (2617 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14610). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Villa of Hope or Flaum Eye Institute.
