Obituary of Daniel Aaron Preston

On April 17, 2020, Daniel Aaron Preston, beloved son and brother, passed away at age 29.

Born March 30, 1991, raised in Ontario, NY and graduated from Wayne Central, Daniel will forever be remembered as a kind, funny, beautiful soul who stopped at nothing to make everyone around him feel happy. Nothing was more important to Danny than the happiness of his family and friends. He could simply light up any room with his energy and infectious smile. Daniel was a shining light in the lives of everyone he met and always made the time for anyone who was in need. 

Daniel is survived by his mother Lory, father Aaron (Renee), sister Kelly Morgan (Pierce), and brothers Jesse and Bradley Preston.  He will be lovingly missed by grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

Danny persevered in his battle with substance use disorder, with grace, strength, and bravery until his last breath. In lieu of flowers the family suggests a donation in Daniel’s memory to the local non-profit organization that was close to his heart, ROCovery Fitness, 1035 Dewey Avenue, Rochester, NY 14613; www.rocoveryfitness.org.

A celebration of Daniel’s life will be held at a later date when all of his family and friends can gather in support of one another to share their memories.
