Obituary of Susan A. Raub

Susan Anne Raub Rochester - Susan Anne Raub, 63, of Rochester, N.Y. passed away unexpectedly on November 23, 2019. Susan was born in Middletown, N.Y. and was the daughter of the late Stanley and Annette Raub. She graduated from Bethlehem Central High School in Delmar, N.Y. in 1974. Sue then graduated from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y. in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Following college, Sue worked for the University of Rochester Medical Center as a Microbiology Supervisor specializing in bacteriology from January 1979 until her retirement in 2014. Sue's two passions were her beloved French bulldog, Frankie and tending to her vegetable gardens. She also loved going to the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra for many years. Sue recently enjoyed traveling to Spain and Croatia with friends from the PBS WXXI Station. Sue is survived by her sister, Marie Scott, brother-in-law Larry, nephew Dillon, sister-in-law Maureen, niece Rebecca and nephew Liam. Susan - In God's hands you rest, in our hearts you live forever.
