Obituary of Eileen Sechak

Sechak, Eileen J. (Kuless) Penfield, NY and Singer Island, FL (in winter): Departed this life too soon on November 25, 2012, at age 75. Survived by her husband of 53 years, Ron; her children, Doreen (Gerald) Peters of VA, Gary Sechak of New Haven, NY, and Judy (Terry) Swade of NC; grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, and Cole Swade; sister, Jennie (Glen) Madl of TX; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Shirley Summerfield of PA, and Linda (Paul) Rosick of TN; nieces and many friends. Eileen was born and raised in the northeastern PA town of Nanticoke. She completed a certificate program and worked as an x-ray technologist prior to devoting herself to her marriage and raising three children. Eileen excelled at crossword puzzles and cooking, and could hit a racquetball wicked hard. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, going to the casino, shopping with her friends Nancy and Barbara, playing the lottery, and having good times with friends. Eileen danced beautifully and one of her favorite pastimes was Polka Dancing. She frequently travelled with Ron to enjoy the sounds of the Jimmy Sturr Orchestra. She is dearly missed.
