Survived by children, Frank (Nancy), Angela (Alex) Zazubec, Mark (Loretta), Mary (Ron) Sokol; 11 grandchildren, Alex Zazubec, Tracy (Douglas) Rich, Danielle (Christopher) Roach, Zachary (Lisa) Zazubec, Mark (Jessica) Zazubec, Meghan (Brian) Cleversey, Frank (Nicole) Carra, Ryan Carra (Carrie Mincer), Josh Carra, Ashley Sokol, Jasmine Carra; 18 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Anthony Sciarraba; sister-in-law, Carmel Casilio; several nieces and nephews. Special thanks and gratitude to the 3rd floor staff at the Wesley Gardens Recreational Department for 10 years of love and supportive care, especially Carol and Sarah.
