Survived by lifelong companion and friend, Martin Ortiz Sr.; daughter, Evelyn (John) Sunday of Middelport, NY; & son, Martin, (Roxanne) Ortiz Jr. of Rochester; 12 grandchildren; also brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends.
