Platania, Samuel S. Rochester/Ft. Myers, FL: September 13, 2011. Age 69. Survived by wife, Risa (Benette) Platania; daughter, Kimberly (Jeffrey) Loeffler & son, Stephen (Gina) Platania both of Rochester; and their mother, Kathleen Putnum; daughter, Kim Marie (Bubba) Zapalac of TX; grandchildren, Gabrielle & Channi Litto, Joshua Loeffler, Trinity & Alyssia Platania, Jacob Calaci, Joshua Hamel, Ross & Bridget Zapalac; also many cousins and dear friends including the Skinnys crew.
