Obituary of Charles Volo

Volo, Charles L. Rochester: J uly 13, 2011, age 91. Predeceased by his first wife, Josephine (Carr); his 2 sisters and 5 brothers. Survived by his wife, Frances; his children, Mary (Thomas) Way, Charles J. Volo, Robert A. (Maureen) Volo; Frances' son, Philip St. George and his family; grandchildren, Ryan, Emily, Melissa, Kyle, and Kevin Volo, and Tony Way; sister-in-law, Blanche Volo; many nieces and nephews. Charlie was a WWII Veteran and a 40 year + retiree from Rochester Products Division of General Mo¬tors. No prior calling hours. On WEDNESDAY, July 20th, family and friends are asked to go directly to Peace of Christ at St. Ambrose Church (Culver Road at Empire Blvd.) for the Celebration of his Funeral Mass at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lifetime Care Hospice. Interment, Holy Sepulchre.
