Putnam, Tyler V. West Irondequoit Suddenly July 7, 2011, age 16. Predeceased by his grandfather, George Putnam. Survived by his parents, Lindsay and Kristi; sister, Shannon; grandparents, Angela Putnam, Vincent (Karen) Curcio and Barbara Curcio; great-grandmother, Nancy Russo; aunts, Cori (Jeff) Vincent, Kelli Englehart, Myra (David) Walker, Kathy (Ted) Twietmyer; several cousins; and many friends. He was a student at West Irondequoit High School and a member of the Maksymum Junior Hockey Tearm. Calling Sunday 2-6 at Falvo Funeral Home, Webster, 1295 Nine Mile Point Rd.
