Sorry to hear of the loss of Jim. I always looked forward to my trips to our Rochester site (NYS Retirement) he always greeted us with a warm smile and was willing to share his little goodies. He will surely be missed. My condolences to your family and may he rest in peace.

Please accept my most sincere condolences for the loss of Jim. He was a very special guy to most of us at D.O.T. I work at the Monroe East residency and very fond of Jim. He always had a smile and a nice comment when I would go to Regional Office. I will always remember his love of family and his passion for Leo's Bakery. Jim was a one-of-a-kind man. You should be very proud of him. WE WILL ALL MISS HIM GREATLY.

My Deepest Condolences to Mary & Family of Jim Frye. He will be missed terribly and we appreciate all that Jim did for both myself and the host of DOT employees he worked with.In less than a decade, meeting Jim it seemed like I've known him for a lifetime. Such a goodhearted person, always willing to extend whatever help is needed, very reliable,dependable,& prompt.It won't be the same again without him but I know he is in a better place now;free from any pain or suffering. I sincerely pray that God give Mary & his family the strength they need to get through this most difficult time. My heart goes out to all of them.
