Sam's comedy acting brought a sparkle to our TV show "Frontal Lobe and Dumplings" that can never be replaced. He always made us laugh with his accurate celebrity impressions. We loved to have him portray angry characters because while those roles were the opposite of his calm and courteous demeanor, he could easily transition to act over-the-top and hysterically funny. Sam was a charming friend and a great talent.

My family and I feel honored to have known Sam since he was a young boy and good friend to my brother Chris. Sam was a special young man, and we know the love of his wonderful parents and brother Richard were with him throughout his illness. We hope fond memories of their son and brother will help ease their pain and loss at this time.

Remembering Sam, our Prince of Produce You're only young once- but you can be immature forever. So reads a mug setting atop your desk, beside a bottle of your hand lotion. ... and brings to mind notion: remembering talks... of points of view argued... left, 'tween and right or comic-book heroes: Green Lantern's light of movies and improvs and reps at the gym, marketplace apples, berries or persimm. noon walks with white (Andy)-cap shading your brow or strong-hinged briefcase stuffed to the "how?" of kindness and class or to just brighten a day a backyard summer party, what wit-sense of play like beam me up Scotty, i've lost my phaser or a crossword puzzle with Occam's razor. and so Rich, Rose, Sam, if life chance be measured by warmth of the heart know we've been graced ... and left younger from start... a friend, workmate
