Dear Family and Friends of Donna, I learned of Donna's passing at church tonight when her name was mentioned during the Prayers of the Faithful. Please accept my prayers for Donna and for all of you, too. Donna and I met in 1997 when I joined the Mercury team in the Marine Midland building downtown. She was the admin for the team and for me. But she was much more to all of us. Donna helped me be a manager for the team. She knew the "pulse" of the team and alerted me to both the good and not so good things going on. She and Wanda Jones and I remained in touch ever since, especially at our birthdays - even this past October. Each time we spoke, she always had stories about her kids and her grandkids. She love you so. Our bonding experience was the "great wall collapse", and my friend Kevin did the repairs for her. What a wonderful and strong woman she was. May God bless you all, and know that Donna is in a wonderful place. Regards, Ken

Dear Donna's Family, You have my deepest sympathies and prayers in this time of loss. Donna was a good friend. She was one of the most caring, fun-loving and giving persons I have ever known. She was always ready with a smile or a joke. She brought life, love and laughter to our office. I will miss her. May God hold Donna and you all in the palm of His hand.

Dear Donna's Family - I still can't believe the events of the past few days. Your Mom was a wonderful person, true friend, and dearly loved her family. So often she had a great story about you or her grandchildren.....and oh how she loved them. She really lived life to the fullest and taught us so much about life. We had many, many giggles and lunches eating "greasy cheeseburgers" or her favorite Tiger Burgers. As you can see by all the folks submitting notes she was thought so highly of and everyone was happy when Donna was nearby. It was so very sad when we left Linden Oaks and she went to Webster and we went to the Square -- but that was nothing compared to this. Keep the happy memories alive for yourselves and your children. As they grow older, they will loved to hear stories about their grandma. I'm sure when she got to heaven she asked God..."Where's your Disneyland?". My deepest sympathy to each of you and know that we are sending you love at this very sad time. Joy

The most caring, unselfish person I know. She was a wonderful woman who's number one priorities were her family, friends and pets! Her wonderful sense of humor and zest for life is something I deeply admired and will try, as a tribute to her, to incorporate in my own life! To say we all have suffered a profound loss is an understatement but let's celebrate her life and lessons she taught us by keeping your loved ones close and remembering to always remember "D" with a smile not a tear!

I am so sorry to hear about Donna. I would like to express my sympathies to her family. You all meant the world to her and she talked about you often. Donna was a great lady who was full of life. She could always without a doubt, make people laugh and that was one of things I admired about her. She was loved by many in addition to her family. I'm sure she'll keep heaven in stitches with her sense of humor. Warmest regards, Joan

I was so sorry to hear about Donna - she was such a wonderful lady and a bright spot here at work. I loved having her sit near me, always a flurry of activity and a great story to share about her family. She was very proud of her family and had many pictures and momentos of them surrounding here here at work. She will be greatly missed!
