Obituary of Carmela Pitts

Pitts, Carmela M. (Niger) Brighton: Heaven received an amazing angel on April 6, 2012, age 85. Predeceased by her parents, Frank & Mary Niger; and her brothers, Frank & Louis Niger. Survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Samuel; her children, Carla Pitts, Lawrence Pitts (Kathleen Pringle), and Frank Pitts; grandchildren, Elise Pitts (Chris), Natalie (Bryan) McCarthy, Samuel & Alexandra Pitts and their mother Toni; sister, Carol (Foster) DiFiore; sisters-in-law & brother-in-law, Barbara, Lorraine Niger, Rose & Nicola Florindi; several nieces & nephews. No prior calling. On TUESDAY, family and friends are asked to go directly to Our Lady of Lourdes Church (150 Varinna Dr., 14618) for the celebration of her Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Entombment, White Haven Memorial Park. A special Thank You to Dr. Richard Gagnier and to the staff at the Pluta Cancer Center.
