Franco, Joseph F. Webster: September 17, 2009 Age: 60 Predeceased by parents, Joseph and Mary Franco. Survived by his beloved wife, Irene (Kowalczuk); his children, Joseph Jr. (Teri) Franco and Jason Franco (Judy Norris); grandchildren, Emily and Alexander; brothers, Richard (Valerie) and Thomas (Paula) Franco; half brother, James (Patricia) Franco, half sister, Rosemary (Thomas) Ross; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fr. George Melnyk, Marie Wyspianski, Walter (Lynn) Kowalczuk, Bill Kowalczuk (Anna Kemmet); nieces and nephews. Calling Sunday 3-7 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Nine Mile Pt. Rd. Webster, (Rt.250). On Monday, please meet the family at St. Paul's Church (783 Hard Rd.) for the celebration of his Funeral Mass at 9 AM.
