She was totally devoted to her family and very hard working. She was born in Syracuse on April 2, 1936 and later moved to, and settled in Florida. She then became ill and moved back to Rochester where she resided with her daughter until she passed.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph N. DeMaio and her son, Gerald A. Rispoli. Survived by daughters, Rose (Ivory) Paige, Mary Lynn (Metin) Ozel, Andrea (James) Schaffer; son, Joseph DeMaio; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Daniel and Robert (Debra) Valerino; sisters, Carole Bastien and Lucille Valerino; nieces and nephews.
Calling hours Tuesday morning 8-10 AM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1395 N. Goodman St.
Funeral after calling at 10:30 AM in Sacred Heart Cathedral.
In lieu of flowers donations to Golisano Children's Hospital in her memory.
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
