Following a brief illness. Predeceased by his parents, James and Jessie; in-laws, Michael and Josephine Pastorelle; brothers-in-law, Richard Crecco, Michael Pastorelle; nephew, James Robert Palmiere; and beloved granddaughter, Ashley Marie Palmiere.
Survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mary (Pastorelle) Palmiere; his 5 proud sons, Norman Andrew (Carol), David (Christine), Mark (Gena) Jamie (Christy) and Michael Palmiere; grandchildren, Matthew, David, Anthony, Nicole, Markie, Jacob, Andrew, Celia and Christopher James; his brother, Robert (Josette) Palmiere; sisters-in-law, Carmelita Crecco and Linda Pastorelle; also many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and so many life long and wonderful friends.
Norman graduated from East High School in 1952, St. John Fisher College in 1957 and Syracuse University College of Law in 1961. He married his kindergarten sweet heart Mary in 1957 and soon begin a family. He worked as a 1st Assistant District Attorney until 1969 when he entered private practice. He handled many cases from the routine to the complex and was respected for his fairness and tenacity in the court room and his stewardship to younger lawyers. Norman was a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He will be remembered at a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, loyal brother; and a passionate lawyer committed to the study and practice of law and his clients for over 40 years. Norman will greatly missed.

On THURSDAY please meet the family at 12 Noon in the Church of the Transfiguration (50 W. Bloomfield Rd.-Pittsford) for the Celebrations of his Funeral Mass.
Donations may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital.
Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
